Set on a 150-acre farm in Fife, Lochore Meadows Equestrian Centre runs a full programme of riding lessons and activities for riders of all ages and abilities. The centre holds the CEVAS accreditation, reflecting its established links with schools and community groups. Group and private lessons are available, with teaching offered from beginner level upwards, and the timetable also includes dedicated children's sessions.
Riders can take part in lessons covering a broad range of disciplines, including dressage, show jumping, eventing, cross country, flatwork and polework. Lessons are supported by hacking, polework sessions and stable management training. The centre runs pony days during school holidays as well as longer summer camps, giving younger riders extended time with the horses. Skills days and masterclasses are scheduled for those looking to develop a specific area of their riding.
The facilities include 24/7 turnout paddocks and the 150-acre farm provides plenty of hacking country. Hat and boot hire is available on site, which makes it straightforward for visitors who do not yet own their own equipment. Birthday parties and corporate events are also offered, using the centre's horses and grounds.
Lochore Meadows Equestrian Centre is open Monday to Wednesday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Thursday from 8:00am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
