Team Oakden operates a BHS-qualified equestrian training centre in Dunbog, in the Fife region of Scotland. The business delivers a broad programme of ridden instruction covering dressage, show jumping, eventing, cross country and working hunter, giving riders the chance to develop across more than one discipline under one roof. Schooling and breaking-in services are also available for owners who want their horses professionally produced or educated from a young age.
Riders of all ages are catered for, with lessons provided for children as well as adults. The centre takes horses and ponies on full livery and competition livery, and offers schooling, training and transport to events for clients who need additional support. Hacking is available on off-road routes, providing a useful change of pace from arena work and an opportunity to build fitness and confidence out in the open countryside.
The facilities include a 20 by 40 metre indoor arena and a one-acre outdoor arena set up for dressage, allowing year-round training whatever the weather. Cross-country fences are available on site, and the arenas and schooling areas can be hired as part of the facility hire service for those wanting to use the equipment independently.
Team Oakden holds BHSAI and BHSI accreditations, reflecting qualified staff across instruction and stable management. Riders interested in lessons, livery, schooling or facility hire can contact the centre directly in Dunbog, Fife, to discuss availability and book a session.
