Lessons and livery sit at the centre of the offering at Noddings Farm, a Surrey-based yard serving riders and horse owners across the South East of England. The centre teaches children and adults, including complete beginners, and runs structured training towards BHS and NVQ qualifications alongside general riding lessons. Group sessions start from GBP 22 for a 30 minute lesson, with the timetable running seven days a week.
Riders can work across dressage, show jumping, hacking and showing, making use of both an indoor and an outdoor arena. Show jumps are available for schooling, and the outdoor arena is floodlit, which extends the hours that lessons, arena hire and evening schooling can take place. A viewing gallery overlooks the indoor space, allowing parents, spectators and coaches to observe sessions in comfort.
A range of services supports owners who keep their horses at the yard. Full and grass livery options are offered, along with breaking and schooling livery for horses that need bringing on. Practical extras include a wash room and solarium, an on-site equestrian shop, clipper servicing, rug cleaning and saddle fitting. Horsebox and trailer hire is available, as is horse transportation for those who need their animals moved to events or other yards.
Noddings Farm holds BHS approved status, reflecting its alignment with British Horse Society standards for safety, teaching and horse welfare. Facilities on site include parking for visitors and liveries. Opening hours run Monday and Friday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, and Sunday from 9am to 4pm. Arena hire is available outside lesson times, and enquiries about lessons, livery and the various support services can be made directly to the centre.
