Weybridge Equestrian Centre operates as a children's riding school and livery yard in Weybridge, Surrey, set across 100 acres of family farmland. The centre runs a structured programme of riding lessons alongside hacking opportunities on the surrounding lanes and bridleways. Disciplines centre on hacking, giving riders regular chances to build confidence outside the school and experience the Surrey countryside from the saddle.
The school welcomes beginners and teaches children as a core part of its work. Younger riders are catered for through rock-a-tot sessions designed for children aged two to six, as well as pony experience mornings that give a gentle introduction to handling and riding. School holiday courses run throughout the main breaks, providing longer sessions aimed at building skills, fitness and friendships over a week or single day. Riders can progress from these early experiences into regular lessons on the outdoor arena.
Facilities include an outdoor arena for lessons and schooling, stabling for the liveries and school horses, and a selection of farm animals that add to the working yard atmosphere. The hacking takes riders out from the farm onto local routes, while the combination of school and stables gives the site a busy, traditional feel. The centre holds a licence issued by Elmbridge Borough Council.
Lesson and session prices start from GBP 35 for a 30 minute rock-a-tot session aimed at the youngest riders. Livery packages are available for owners seeking full or part care, and enquiries about riding lessons, pony experiences and holiday courses can be directed to the centre at the KT13 8QB postcode. Contact details for bookings and availability are available from the centre directly.
