Set in Headcorn, Kent, Sparrow Oast Stud & Livery is a British Horse Society approved equestrian centre catering to both horse owners and riders looking for instruction. The school provides dressage coaching alongside groundwork sessions, helping riders develop their skills on the flat and improve the way they handle and school horses from the ground. A dressage simulator, known as the Hoggy, is available for sessions that allow riders to practise patterns and refine their position without a live horse, complemented by dedicated rider fitness training.
The centre is well suited to competitors and owners needing tailored care for their horses. Livery packages cover full, training, competition and rehabilitation options, with additional spaces for horses on a training team programme. For those booking in for coaching, the facility runs regular shows and events, giving riders opportunities to put their training into practice in a supportive environment. Lessons are offered to riders alongside the range of livery services.
Facilities include a floodlit 20x40 metre indoor arena fitted with mirrors, a lighting system and a gallery, along with a grass canter track and outdoor schooling areas. Horses in the centre's care benefit from individual post and stud rail paddocks, alarmed tack rooms with CCTV, a hot horse shower and solarium, Haygain hay steamers, and Cyclo-Ssage Pro-equine therapy and therapy table equipment. Riders can make use of a club room and bathroom and shower facilities on site.
Sparrow Oast Stud & Livery is located in Headcorn, Kent, in the South East of England, with the postcode TN27 9LB.
