Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre

Set in Tarporley, Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre operates as a competition and hire venue serving riders across Cheshire West and Chester. Riders can book arena hire for show jumping and dressage, enter British Eventing, British Showjumping and British Dressage competitions, and take part in unaffiliated dressage, hunter trials and showing shows. The centre does not advertise its own riding lessons or livery services, focusing instead on hosting clinics, competitions and training days for groups and individuals.

Disciplines covered at the centre include cross country, dressage, eventing, show jumping, showing and working hunter. A regular calendar of dressage clinics and show jumping clinics is run with visiting coaches, and the venue has hosted Pony Club Regional Championships, giving young riders access to a recognised competitive environment. Group lessons at the Mark Cramb Dressage Clinics are priced from GBP 25 per rider for a one hour session.

Facilities include a British Eventing course, the Primrose View indoor arena and a grandstand main indoor arena, plus outdoor spaces such as the Lakeside arena, the Lakeview arena and public gallops. There is stabling on site, a farm ride with a water complex, electric hook up pitches for camping, and Urchin's Kitchen for hot drinks, light meals and refreshments throughout the day.

Most on site facilities run from 8:00 to 17:00, with the office open 8:00 to 17:00 and Urchin's Kitchen serving from 9:00 to 17:00. The postcode is CW6 0SR and enquiries can be made through the on site office. The venue is accredited through the Pony Club and is well placed for competitors travelling from Chester, Nantwich, Northwich and the wider North West region.
