Hewshott Farm Stables is an established riding school and livery yard set in the countryside near Liphook, Hampshire. The school is both British Horse Society approved and ABRS approved, giving riders confidence in the standards of teaching and horse care on offer. It also operates as a Pony Club centre, providing regular sessions for young members and a structured route through equine qualifications.
Lessons are available for riders of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners through to more experienced competitors. Lead-rein sessions are offered for the youngest riders, while group and private lessons cater for older children and adults. Teaching is delivered by BHS qualified instructors, and the school supports riders across dressage, show jumping and cross-country schooling. Competition assistance and clinics are part of the programme for those wanting to take their riding further.
Facilities include an indoor arena and a floodlit outdoor arena, allowing lessons and schooling to continue through the winter and into the evenings. A cross-country course and a jumping paddock support riders working across disciplines, while turnout fields, stables, a tack room, a feed room and wash bays provide the practical infrastructure for both school horses and liveries. On-site hacking gives riders direct access to the surrounding bridleways without needing to trailer out.
Alongside the riding school, the yard runs bespoke, full and grass livery packages from the same Hampshire site. Riders and visitors can make use of on-site parking, a Rijo 42 coffee machine and seating areas between sessions. The school is licensed by East Hampshire District Council and operates Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 18:00, with group lessons starting from GBP 34 for 30 minutes.
