Beeches Farm. Max Comley Racing

Wiltshire

Beeches Farm, home to Max Comley Racing, operates as a riding school in Wiltshire catering to riders across the South West of England. Tuition is available for beginners as well as more experienced riders, with structured lessons covering core horsemanship. The school welcomes children from the age of four upwards and runs dedicated pony days during school holidays, alongside birthday parties in a purpose built party room.

Lessons span several disciplines, giving pupils a rounded grounding in equestrian sports. Group and private riding lessons form the main offering, complemented by carriage driving instruction and pony trekking on local routes. Showjumping is also taught, allowing riders to develop their skills over fences under the guidance of qualified instructors.

The facilities support year round riding regardless of the weather. A covered arena provides a reliable training surface, while a clubhouse offers a place for pupils to relax before and after sessions. Stables house the working horses and ponies, and a network of paddocks surrounds the site. The covered arena, party room and outdoor spaces together make the venue suitable for both regular lessons and special occasions such as children's parties and holiday camps.

Beeches Farm holds accreditation from the Association of British Riding Schools, reflecting its standards of instruction and horse welfare. Prices start from GBP 25 for a 30 minute group lesson. The school is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am to 5pm. Mondays and Fridays are closed. Visitors are advised to contact the school directly to book lessons or confirm availability for pony days, parties and holiday activities.
