Warminster Saddle Club operates as both a BHS Approved Riding Centre and a Pony Club Centre on the edge of Warminster in Wiltshire. The centre sits within the South West region and is listed on the British Horse Society approved register, giving riders the reassurance that teaching and horse welfare are delivered to a recognised national standard.
Riding instruction covers group and private lessons from beginner level upwards, with children and adults both welcome. Sessions start from GBP 30 for a 45 minute child group lesson. Disciplines taught include dressage and show jumping, and the centre runs clear round days, clinics and competitions throughout the year. Pony Club members can take part in the centre's activities, and the school also delivers Changing Lives Through Horses provision and military courses alongside its regular teaching programme.
Facilities include an indoor arena and a floodlit outdoor school, both surfaced with Martin Collins wax, allowing lessons to continue in poor weather or after dark. There is a separate dressage arena, a full set of show jumps, hard standing for vehicles and grazing land for horses. A lecture room and secretary's cabin support the centre's training and event days. Riders for the Disabled (RDA) sessions are held on site, making the centre accessible to a wider range of participants.
Livery options at Warminster Saddle Club include DIY, assisted DIY and working livery, with on site stabling available. Hacking is available directly from the centre, taking advantage of the surrounding Wiltshire countryside. The postcode for sat nav users is BA12 0DZ. Riders interested in lessons, livery, facility hire or upcoming competitions are advised to contact the centre directly for current availability and pricing.
