Nuneaton & North Warwickshire Equestrian Centre

Nuneaton & North Warwickshire Equestrian Centre has operated as a charity-run facility since 1979, holding BHS Approved Centre status in the West Midlands. Based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, the centre provides group and private riding lessons alongside an equine-assisted learning programme known as Changing Lives Through Horses. The Pony Club Centre designation allows young riders to work through recognised stages and progress within a structured framework.

Riders of all ages and abilities are catered for, with a clear welcome extended to beginners and children. Group sessions cover the basics for those starting out, while private lessons offer more focused coaching. Pony Days and Own a Pony Days give younger participants extended time with the horses, and the centre also runs Pony Stars sessions aimed at the earliest stages of riding. Birthday parties can be arranged at the venue, making it a practical choice for families looking for an active celebration.

The site features a 20m by 40m indoor arena equipped with a projection system, allowing lessons and activities to continue regardless of weather. An outdoor floodlit area extends riding hours into the evenings. A ranch cafe and dedicated warm space provide places to relax before or after sessions, and the centre runs the Holiday Activities and Food programme during school breaks. Disadvantaged young people are supported through initiatives including Horsepower Learning, Quiet Connections and supported volunteering, with the centre operating as a registered charity.

Opening hours run from Monday to Sunday, beginning at 9am each day with closing times varying between 4pm and 8pm depending on the day. The full address is CV10 9NJ. Those interested in lessons, pony parties, arena hire or any of the equine-assisted learning programmes should contact the centre directly for availability and booking details.
