Mount Mascal Stables is a BHS approved riding school and livery yard based in Bexley, Kent, operating since 1966. Set across a 70 acre site, the yard runs a full programme of group and private riding lessons alongside livery services. The school welcomes children and adults, and works across dressage, show jumping, cross country and hacking. It is also a Pony Club centre, providing structured activities, mounted rallies and competitions for young riders throughout the year.
The facilities support year-round riding regardless of weather. An indoor arena is complemented by floodlit outdoor arenas, including a covered space. A cross country course, grass arenas and show jumps are available for training and competition. Off-road hacking is on the doorstep, with access into Joydens Wood providing miles of trails through the surrounding countryside. The site also includes stabling, a horse exerciser, a forge, parking and a clubroom with a viewing gallery, allowing visitors and parents to watch sessions in comfort.
Beyond core lessons and livery, the stables run holiday camps, birthday parties, clinics and competitions. Facility and venue hire is available, including the horseshoe barn for events, and feed and bedding supplies can be arranged on site. The cross country course, grass arenas and jumps are used for both training days and competitions run by the centre throughout the calendar year.
The postcode is DA5 2AW. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and at weekends from 9am to 5pm, with riding sessions running Monday to Thursday until 8:30pm and on Fridays until 6pm.
