Eccliffe Equestrian is a riding centre in Dorset catering to riders interested in dressage, show jumping, eventing and cross country. Lessons and training are available across these disciplines, with clear round showjumping sessions starting from GBP 11. The centre runs both affiliated and unaffiliated competitions throughout the year, giving competitors a choice of formal and more informal environments in which to test their skills.
The facilities support year round riding regardless of the weather. A floodlit indoor arena provides a consistent training surface, while a separate indoor warm up arena allows horses and riders to prepare before entering the main school or stepping out to compete. A seating area and gallery overlook the arena, so spectators can watch lessons and competitions in comfort. Stabling is available nearby for horses visiting the venue, and there are toilets and a cafe on site for visitors spending the day at the centre.
Beyond regular lessons and competitions, Eccliffe Equestrian hosts training clinics and offers arena hire for those who want to bring their own coach or train independently. The grounds also host a car boot and antique fair, adding a community element to the venue on non equestrian days. Disciplines and event formats are varied, so riders can focus on a single area such as dressage or work across the full eventing spectrum.
The centre is located in Dorset, in the South West of England. Riders and visitors can get in touch directly with Eccliffe Equestrian for current lesson availability, competition dates, clinic schedules and arena hire bookings. With its mix of indoor facilities, a range of disciplines on offer and on site amenities including the cafe and stabling, the centre serves as a practical base for both regular competitors and those looking to develop their skills in a supported setting.
