Cloughfields Equestrian Centre is a BHS-approved riding school and livery yard situated in north Sheffield. Set in the Yorkshire and the Humber region with the postcode S10 5PY, the centre runs riding lessons for beginners through to more experienced riders, including dedicated children's tuition. Group lessons are priced from GBP 30 for a 45 minute session with up to eight riders, and the school also hosts training clinics and riding experience days.
Disciplines taught on site include flatwork, hacking and jumping. Riders benefit from both an indoor arena and an outdoor floodlit arena, allowing lessons to continue regardless of the weather or time of year. The 30 stables sit within 30 acres of grazing and turnout land, and the centre has direct access to local bridleways for hacking. Additional facilities include an equine solarium, a horse walker and a wash box, while practical services cover rug wash and reproofing alongside the school programmes.
The yard runs full livery, part livery and DIY livery options, giving owners flexibility in how their horses are cared for. A Changing Lives Through Horses programme operates alongside the riding school timetable, and holiday camps and birthday parties are offered throughout the year. Hen parties can also be arranged at the centre. The yard was awarded BHS Highly Commended status in 2024, and the school holds the appropriate licence from Sheffield City Council.
Hacking from the yard uses the surrounding bridleway network, taking riders out into the countryside to the west of Sheffield. The centre is listed on the British Horse Society approved register.
