P and R Equestrian Centre

P and R Equestrian Centre is a family-run riding school set in Friskney, Lincolnshire, catering to riders across a broad range of ages and abilities. Tuition runs from a first ride for complete beginners through to show jumping, with experienced instructors on hand to guide pupils at every stage. Children are particularly welcome, and lessons are structured to build confidence in the saddle from the earliest sessions.

Beyond the schoolroom, the centre runs a Pony Club centre, giving younger riders the chance to work towards Pony Club tests and badges in a structured, sociable environment. Hacking is offered for those who want to take their riding out of the arena and explore the surrounding Lincolnshire countryside, while show jumping sessions are available for riders looking to develop their jumping technique.

Leisure driving is also on the menu, providing an alternative to ridden work and a chance to learn the basics of carriage driving under instruction. The centre operates a livery service for horse owners who require stabling and ongoing care for their own horses on site, and a stud service is planned for the future.

The setting is rural Friskney, on the edge of the Lincolnshire fens, which gives hacking routes an open, quiet character away from busy roads. As an established Pony Club centre, P and R Equestrian Centre meets the requirements set out by the Pony Club for approved centres. Anyone interested in lessons, hacking, livery or any of the other services should get in touch with the centre directly to discuss availability, lesson times and current pricing.
