Cliffhollins Riding School Ltd operates as a family-run equestrian centre in East Bierley on the Bradford and Kirklees border. The school holds approved status on the British Horse Society register and is also recognised as a Pony Club centre, a British Riding Club, and an RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association) centre, making it one of the more broadly accredited establishments in West Yorkshire.
The centre caters to a wide rider profile. Beginners are welcomed alongside more experienced riders, and children form a core part of the timetable. Group lessons start from GBP 25 for a half-hour session, with semi-private and private lessons available for those wanting closer tuition. Hacks are offered on an escorted basis, drawing on the surrounding Yorkshire countryside. Holiday camps run during school breaks, giving children the chance to spend extended time with the horses. For riders aged four and over with additional needs, RDA sessions provide inclusive tuition through the Changing Lives Through Horses programme.
On site, riders make use of a purpose-built arena suitable for flatwork lessons and BHS exam preparation. Facilities are geared towards both recreational riding and structured training, with Pony Club activities forming a regular part of the week alongside standard lesson bookings. The school's accessibility and its multi-discipline offering make it a practical choice for families looking for a single centre that can support riders from their first lesson through to Pony Club achievement.
Cliffhollins Riding School Ltd is licensed by Kirklees Council and located at postcode BD4 6RQ.
