Berkshire Riding Centre

Berkshire Riding Centre operates as a BHS approved riding school and full livery yard a short distance from Windsor in the South East of England. Tuition runs from beginner level through to advanced, with structured BHS training and examinations available alongside general riding lessons. The centre also hosts Pony Club activities and runs day camps during school holidays, giving younger riders a chance to build their skills in a supervised setting.

The school caters to a broad range of riders. Lessons are open to children and adults, with separate pathways for those just starting out and for more experienced riders working towards exams or competition goals. Riders can take part in internal competitions, attend clinics with external instructors, and prepare for shows on site. Cross country, dressage and show jumping are the main disciplines taught, and there are BSJA jumps in the schooling areas.

Facilities include an indoor arena and a floodlit main outdoor school, both fitted with mirrors, so training can continue regardless of weather or time of year. An outdoor arena, a cross country course and a set of paddocks support a mix of flatwork, jumping and hacking. Day to day running is supported by heated tack rooms, a heated rug room, CCTV, a disabled toilet and horsebox and trailer parking.

The centre holds BHS approved challenge awards centre, BHS approved riding school and BHS where to train status, and is also a Pony Club centre. It is licensed and open 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays and from 5:00pm at weekends, 363 days a year, closing only on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. The postcode is SL4 4TN, with full livery, schooling livery, own a pony sessions and stable management lessons also offered.
